To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting one (01) HR Assistant To be based at Head Office (Phnom Penh)

POSITION: HR Assistant (1 positions)

LOCATION: Head Office (Phnom Penh,1 positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

img1.png Prepare all human resource memos for both English and Khmer.
img1.png Follow up works with human resource team members and other departments.
img1.png Analyze the human resource report.
img1.png Setting appointments and minute taking.
img1.png Maintaining calendars of HR management team and other departments.
img1.png Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets.
img1.png Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
img1.png Provide the clerical and administrative supports to Head of HR Department.
img1.png Perform other tasks assigned by Head of HR Department.

Qualification and Requirements:

img1.png BBA in Business Management/English
img1.png Fresh graduated student.
img1.png HR administration experience is prepared.
img1.png Have concepts in writing memos, instructions and other guidelines.
img1.png Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
img1.png Good computer skills.
img1.png Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
img1.png Honest and hardworking with a high ability to work with minimum supervision.

Remuneration:
