  • Be flexible and can work under the pressure
  • Be able to work well in team
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Be able to use Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Email
  • Good Communication skills
  • Experience in teaching
  • Good in English
  • Good time and task management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Newly Hired Training Program and Induction program
  • Deliver hard skill course (Customer Service Process) Update material (Customer Service Process) Design Question and do the correction (Customer Service Process)
  • Assist in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  • Learning impact measurement
  • Coordinates the OJT/Workplace Practice with line manager, follow up the progress of trainee and evaluation after OJT/Workplace Practice, and record in OJT report
  • Monitor and facilitate the learning courses
  • Responsible for Hard Skills Certificate of achievement
  • Translate documents from English to Khmer and vice versa.
