Deputy Director, Customer Service & Call Center​ Department (01 post.)

Location:   Head Office-Phnom Penh

Report to:  Director, Customer Service & Call Center Department

Deadline:  30-September-2019

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in developing short term and long term business plan and strategy to improve significant areas of customer service, customer compliant resolutions, call center and telesales.
  • Contribute in developing policy, procedure, and guideline under supervision of  Customer Service & Call Center Department.
  • Monitor team of call center & telesales to achieve Sales target based on assigned OP.
  • Monitor communication script, data entry, and report system.
  • Monitor customer complaince resolutions to ensure customer best experience.
  • Coach, inspire and motivate subodinates.
  • Others tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business related fields
  • Sound knowledge and proven experiences in working in business operation, customer service, call center & telesales.
  • Solide skills in customer focus and services.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Communications skill both in Khmer and English.
  • Flexible and adabtive to all background of customers.
  • Knowlegde of project management, reporting, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Remuneration:

  • HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience.
