Main Duties
- Manage and monitor all figures to be reported in the report.
- Issue Visa Card, ATM Card.
- Monitor card transactions and record the customer’s complaints.
- Manage Embossers and Printers.
- Manage the general administration of the department.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, IT or equivalent
- Good understanding of various message formats such as ISO, API, SOAP, Restful, etc.
- 2-year experience in IT tasks assignments supporting card and E-Banking products/operations;
- Possess project task management skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communication in English: reading, writing, and listening
- Patient, rational, responsible, and attentive, and analytic skills
- Able to work under pressure and upcountry.
