Property Valuation Officer/មន្រ្តីវាយតម្លៃអចលនទ្រព្យ

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Valuate property follow property valuation process ensuring that the price is aligning with market through physical visit the property and collect nearby property price for source comparison
  • Create PV reports both in hard and in system
  • Key in/Update data/Information of property into Google Earth for future use
  • Advice/Explain on the property to relevant stakeholders if require

QUALIFICATION

  • University degree or pursuing business administration
  • Knowledge of property in Cambodia and Experience in property valuation is a plus
  • Good at communication, decision and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge in computer skills (Internet & Email, MS, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Patience, mature and commitment to the First Finance Goal, Mission, and Values
