Operation Support Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an Operation Support Assistant who will support Senior Officer the process improvement, guideline composition and policy development.

 Responsibilities

•  Assist to conduct first line performance and carry out the internal control process  
• Support and provide immediate recommendations on deficiencies, non-compliances of operational policy and procedures  
• Support, guide and develop the skills of designated branch quality assurance staff in encouraging their competency and capacity   
• Assist in reinforcing report checks of working input into internal control reports with branch quality assurance team and take appropriate action  
• Support colleagues in assisting solutions to make sure they perform their jobs followed the policy, procedures and guidelines  
• Assist in identifying sessions and scope of data to proceed internal control to make sure employees at branches are aware the policy and guidelines for their implementation  
• Support all branch employees the guidance to execute daily operation smoothly and efficiently
• Assist any enquiries related to operation policies, procedures, circulars and other irregularities of the Sathapana Bank’s core banking system

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or other related fields
• At least a basic experience from banking and financial service industries, preferably in both frontline and supporting function  
• Good at teamwork and fast learner  
• Good at communication skill both written and spoken  
• Able to work under pressure and manage multi-task  
• Able to work at field in term of operation purposes
