The incumbent will mainly assist Amret’s Employee to access staff loan(s) as well as other staff benefit(s).
Assist staff to process staff loan applications in a timely manner and ensure the request is fully complied with policy prior to loandisbursement
Cooperate with product development officer to collect feedback on staff loan products and procedures from implementers andborrowers
Produce staff loan repots to related internal and external parties. Respond for inactive staff payroll computation by verifying andchecking resigned staff documents on a daily basis to ensure that final pay is released within 6 working days
Provide assistance to payroll team (active payroll) on ad hoc basis to ensure that the payment is made on-time to staff
Manage insurance registration (buying and deleting) to ensure staff and their dependents are fully coverage following the policy.
Degree in Business Administration or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in data analytic, account clerk, administration or human resources officer
Well self-organized, self-checked, and detail-oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
English proficient and computer literate
