Position:  Manager, Taxtation (01post)
Location:  Head Office, Phnom Penh

Report to: Director of Finance Department

Deadline: 25-October-2018

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and review company’s monthly and annual tax returns and the accurate and timely filing of all tax forms.

- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes.

- Identify and mitigate tax risks.

- Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company’s tax return and other tax documents.

- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.

- Manage and coordinate tax audits.

- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree of Accounting Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related field, (Pursuing/Qualified ACCA is preferable)

- At least 2 years experiences in tax consultant role.

- Knowledge in tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returens.

- Strong leadership and personal management skill.

- Computer literacy in MS Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.

- Good communication in Khmer and English.
