Position  : Manager, Organizational Knowledge Management Unit               

Location : Head Office

Job Responsibilities  

• Develop and maintain organizational knowledge database  
• Collect relevant data and analyze it to produce outputs for the management’s business decisions as well as for advice to the customers
• Conduct research on the business environment for the purpose of the bank’s strategic planning 
• Contribute to the development of the bank’s business plan  
• Supervise team members by providing guidance, coaching, mentoring and building individual competencies to ensure their high performance  
• Produce periodic management reports  
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as required  
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager 
  

Job Requirements   

• University degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance & Banking or other related field  
• Minimum four years of working experience in relevant role  
• Knowledge and Experiences in Business and Financial Analysis, Business Advisory and/or Economy and Industry Research  
• Analytical skills with result orientation and positive attitude   
• Computer skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail)  
• Language proficiency in English both verbal and written
