Job Description

We are looking for a Manager of Promotion and Event Management who has experience in marketing, managing public relation with both internal and external, run campaign to boost branding and branch’s performance, digital marketing and social media, developing creative concept and produce high-quality artwork, marketing campaigns on social media, media relations, communications, writing and public relations and other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances public relations of the bank
• Leads staff to promote sales in low performance branches and newly established branches
• Promotes actively SATHAPANA’s corporate identity, products, and services through various educational institutions
• Trains and leads the new staff on the promotional & sales skill and cold calling activities
• Coordinates the efforts with those of the marketing partners of the company around the business’s marketing
• Lead and manage on business partnerships (merchant) to accepts payment and discount with all SPN’s ATM cardholders
• Leads and manages on the events’ plan and delivery
• Do research on competitor and customers in order to recommend to Branding and Strategy team to initiate a good and align strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of marketing or relevant.
• 5 years’ prior industry-related marketing, digital marketing, marketing campaigns on social media, media relations, communications, writing and public relations and other related fields.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
