Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field
  
• Excellent interpersonal skill, analytical skill, communications skill, public speaking, presentation skills, problem solving skills, and team player
  
• Ability to work under high pressure to deal with concerning stakeholder and have high commitment
  
• At least 5 years experience with banking industry.
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Head of Region and Branch Manager to increase the branding of Canadia bank across the branch’s operating area and region
  
• Set the standard and enhancement of branch look and feel project and make sure all branches are strictly followed by our guidelines/policy
  
• Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  
• Set new business strategy of branch expansion by seeking more potential locations to open new branches for our customers’ convenience. Especially, work closely with BMs/Head of Regional Branches to identify potential property in each areas which are under CNB’s assets both Phnom Penh and provincial locations for utilizing it such as
  
• apartment for rent, property development and so on
  
• Work closely with Regional Heads and BMs to identify what part of branch image need to be repaired or renovate and submit report to HBM through Head of Branch Sales and Service Department
  
• Produce weekly and monthly report relating to Canadia’s branding at all branches and potential of asset for renting or investment
  
• Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by creating effective referral networks, including internal business relationships, existing customers, spotters and local market activities
  
• Actively look to build our customer base by identify potential business that would benefit from the portfolio of banking products and services offered
  
• Complete other compulsory tasks as assigned by top management.
