Job Introduction

Lead a daily operation application such as MIS, Reporting Server, OLAP CUBE and PowerBI. Lead and support team effort to support business needed and to build data warehouse architecture, meta-data and datamart.

Job Description

• Lead a team effort to consolidate entire data repertories across enterprise as part of the merger and acquisition from different type of DBMS

• Build the data warehouse architecture as well as building the meta-data standards to support business need

• Model database and design architecture of OLAP layer of BI System and automate to visualization of diverse data sources into customized business reports

• Define data modeling to ensure consistency across core data applications

• Involve comprehensively in data mining, business reporting, adhoc analysis and business/financial forecasting across various departments

• Lead a daily operation application (MIS, Reporting Server, OLAP CUBE and PowerBI) to be make sure its performance are up and running properly and smoothly

• Analyze, prioritize and assign open issues to technical staff to ensure timely resolution of issues effective business applications

• Manage third level support services for all applications packages developed internally ensuring conformance to agreed SLAs

• Prepare development plan, proposal and deliver the same on time and within the budget scope

• Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO & SDLC standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree in information Technology, MIS or related filed

• Minimum 3 years of work experience reporting development preferably in Banking or Microfinance industry.

• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or above, Web Development with ASP.NET MVC and C#, data extracting, cleansing and preparing data modeling, data visualization tool PowerBI or Tableau or QlikSense, Agile software development using SCRUM

• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, developing data warehouse, and understanding star-schema

• Good at information analysis and data governance

• Good Communication and interpersonal skill

• Demonstration of good leadership and teamwork spirits

• English proficient.
