Job Introduction

To lead team providing administrative supports such as secured and safe office, insurance on building and vehicles, and cleanliness of the office; to plan, lead, support and coordinate in organizing official events to ensure it is properly arranged and managed.

Job Description

  • Plan, prepare budget, follow up on implementation, for all tasks under the management of Administration Unit in order to have budget, effectiveness and efficiency

  • Develop, update and disseminate administration policy and procedure such as security and safety, event management, travel, fleet management, insurance, administration letter to related staff to ensure the smooth operation in the department.

  • Plan, prepare budget, lead and coordinate team/committees to organize official events (annual workshop, management seminar, Khmer New Year party etc.) to ensure they are properly managed, objectives fulfillment, safe and secured, and spend within the approved budget.

  • Manage overseas travel and accommodation arrangements perform by Administration Officer to ensure everything is properly arranged and make staff worry free for their abroad mission

  • Manage fleet including the arrangement, maintenance and repair, fuel management in order to support the operation of Amret and maintain the level of satisfaction from staff/stakeholders.

  • Manage the purchasing of insurance, claim, and well understand on the insurance policy (motor vehicle, premise, traveler etc.)

  • Manage security, safety, and cleanliness of all Amret offices

  • Take lead to do fire drill entire HQ and the related Admin staff in order to have a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Administration, Event, Office or Logistics management

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, E-mail and Internet)

  • Good communication in both Khmer and English

  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
