IT Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the awareness and training of Information security policy , Dos & Don’ts to all personnel
• Ensure that all personnel follow the bank’s Standard information Security Policy Aligning the IT department with this information security policy
• Asist all processes resulting from the implementation of the information security policy in conjunction with compliance with the policy
• Relaying all relevant information to concerned departments for processes and tasks concerning the information security policy and breach
• Monitoring no company confidential data is leaked outside of the company via any media (email, internet, social media)
• Monitor the VPN/database access and system audit
• Monitor VPN/database, Log files, access to database, intrusion detection & intrusion prevention system, Firewall, Mail Security, etc. logs to ensure legitimate access to systems / company data.
• Asist to manage all network and servers’ permission
• Manage and ensure anti-virus server and clients is up-to-date including proxy server
• Manage patch management and hot fix security
• Manage and keep monitoring on Bank’s network and system security
• Update policy, guideline, standard, processes and procedures
• Asist to assess vulnerability on Network and Application System and Database by apply the efficiency control to mitigate risk
• Schedule perform penetration test on distributed applications and network firewall external/internal
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualification/Experience Profile

• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 1-2 year experiences in operation and installation of security systems or in IT(network administration or database administration) or IT audit
• Understanding of security issues, problems, utilities, techniques and solutions.
• Experience with systems and network hardware and administration.
• Knowledge of information security methodologies/concepts/current practices/threat landscape
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Good in English language.
