Primary Responsibility:
- Handling HR compliance related issues,
- Liaison with Labor Ministry Official to process all regulatory requirement
- Monitor and update regulatory development,
- Sourcing for applicant to fill vacancy
- Monitor and maintain personnel statistic
- Timely generate HR Report as needed
- Monitor and issue notification of appraisal schedule
- Arrange recruitment process.
- ...Performance Other Duties as required by manager.
