Position:  Head Unit of Independent Credit Review(01post)
Location:  Head Office – Phnom Penh

Report to: Director of Credit and Market Risk Management Department
Deadline: 30-November-2018

Duties and Responsibilities:
-    Ensure the Independent Credit Review (ICR) activities are run smoothly within business of HKL.

-    Perform risk analysis in order to set criteria for ICR.

-    Lead ICR team and conduct ICR to branches, prepare ICR report, and make recommendation for improvement and/or risk prevention.

-    Lead team to perform collateral evaluation including property and moveable assets, monitor and ensure the up-to-date the collateral price.

-    Review and make sure the ICR report sent by ICR team are accurate and on time.

-    Analysis performance and establish report related to ICR achievement.

-    Develop and update ICR procedure.

-    Develop and update collateral guideline.

-    Coordinate and planning organizing leading and managing the staff under supervision.

-    Regular coaching and guide to Independent Credit Review (ICR) team.   

Qualifications:
-    Graduate in bachelor of Mathematics, Economics, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Information Technology, Statistics.

-    At least 2 year experience in field of credit, credit control, credit audit, and/or credit risk.

-    Good command of English.

-    Strong analytical skills, and Active and Dynamic.

-    Good in cpmputer skill on Excel, advance excel and VBA is an advantage.

-    Good analytical and problem-solving skills

-    Willing to travel to province.
