Head of Operational Audit

DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensures the approved audit plan of the operational audit department is achieved,
- Identifies,assesses, and evaluates risk areas and provides key inputs to the development of the annual and engagement audit planning,
- Manages internal audit activities in accordance with audit program and audit procedures,ensuring completeness, efficiency & effectiveness of each audit engagement,
- Documents audit findings and provide value-added recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed,
- Reviews and updates/redesigns audit programs,
- Review audit draft report and deliver to Head of Internal Audit,
- Perform the follow up audit,
- Provides training, coaching and guidance to the subordinates under supervision,
- Build and maintain good communication with teams, managements and staffs of areas under review,
- Compliance with internal auditor’s codes of conduct, Integrity, independence and objectivity, competency and confidentiality,
- Performs related works as assigned by Head of Internal Audit.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Economic, or Accounting or other related fields,
- At least having 5 years experience in internal audit, assurance or advisory,
- Good communication skills and be able to work in a challenging environment,
- Having good time management skill,
- Advanced written and spoken English is a must,
- Ability to have problem solving skills and pursue professional skepticism.
