 Job Responsibilities

  • Develop training strategy for supporting thelong term growth of company.

  • Develop and innovate the training methodologies,techniques, training guideline. procedures for continuously improvement peoplequality.

  • Develop variety training programs to supportvarious position, divisions’ need.

  • Lead, develop, and establish the monitoring andevaluation of system over training and coaching programs and all trainingmaterials.

  • Establish and build the learning environment andculture in order to build the team’s capacity to perform the job better inproviding training and coaching services.


Job Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor of education or otherequivalent.

  • 3-5 years of experience of leading training anddevelopment.

  • 5 years of experience in providing trainingcourses.

  • Strong leadership and Convincing skill.
