Job Introduction

Assists the Head of Treasury in leading the Treasury Department in developing and monitoring cash flow projections to ensure the company has enough funds for business growth, determine optimal cash level, and minimize risks through efficient asset-liability management.

Job Description

  • Actively contributes in financial risk mitigation (liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange...) to align with internal policies, regulations and

  • lender requirements, and makes recommendations in line with the Company policies and strategy;

  • Actively participates to the monitoring of the fund raising schedule;

  • Prepares funding plan on the borrowings with its related elements (principal outstanding, interest expense, payment, fee, accrued

  • interest payable) for annual budget and mid-term projection plan, and makes recommendations in line with the Company policies and

  • strategy;

  • Diversify capital resources, funding maturities and matching interest rates;

  • Looks for new reliable lenders following the plan and also in case of emergency and

  • Drafts and recommends the pricing methodologies on various financial instruments;

  • Contributes in monthly and quarterly financial performance report to the board on cost of funds;

  • Actively participates to the new and existing bank, non-FIs partnership performance reports to ensure due diligence complies with

  • Amret's policy and regulations;

  • Reviews the monthly NBC reports, key covenant reports for lenders, and other reports for stakeholders to ensure they are correct and

  • comply with regulations and lenders requirements;

  • Forecast, monitor regularly and report about the covenants at watch level to proactively ensure timely action and they are in compliance

  • with regulations, lenders and internal requirements and

  • Leads and arranges the annual credit rating for the Company being conducted by the selected agency;

  • Coordinate, in collaboration with the Head of Treasury and among Treasury team to ensure good functioning and sufficient capacity to

  • deliver expected results;

  • Supports provincial heads and branch managers by delivering training on cash and liquidity management and

  • Collaborate with all other departments on ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or other related fields

  • Minimum 5 years of work experiences in treasury management in a banking institution

  • Strong in financial reporting and analysis, treasury management and budget management

  • High commitment and able to deal with pleasure.

  • Good management and problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English

  • Computer literacy.
