Position:  Deputy Director of Finance Department(01post)
Location:  Head Office, Phnom Penh

Report to: Director of Finance Department
Deadline: 30-October-2018

Duties and Responsibilities:
-    Oversee and manage in accounting transactions.

-    Review account reconciliations.

-    Oversee account reconciliation package for reporting to Group and ensure that the package is submitted to Group by the timeline.

-    Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

-    Provide technical support and training.

-    Update relevant Accounting guidelines and manual.   

Qualifications:
-    Bachelor degree of Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or other related field, (Pursuing/Qualified ACCA is preferable).

-    At least 3 year professional experiences in accounting and financ and experience in external auditor.

-    Knowledge in CIFRS is an advantage.

-    Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills

-    Be flexible with working hours.

-    Computer literacy in MS Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.

-    Good communication in Khmer and English.
