Position:  Deputy Director of Branch Effectiveness Department (01post)
Location:  Head Office, Phnom Penh

Report to: Director of Branch Effectiveness Department

Deadline: 30-October-2018

Duties and Responsibilities:
-    Participate in the preparation of loan budgets for both short term and long term.

-    Conduct assessment of branch potentials to support loan distribution strategy.

-    conduct assessment of potential location to support branch network expansion, credit officer addition, etc.

-    Conduct assessment on efficiency and effectiveness of branch and CO operating models.

-    To ensure that preparation of regulatory, lender and credit report

including loan portfolio management and performance analysis Accurately and timely.

-    Monitor and assessment of key performance indicators /Operational Plan of branches against actual results.    

Qualifications:

-    At least Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Finance and Banking, Accounting, Management and business-related.

-    At least 3 years of working experiences in Finance and Banking Sector particularly in relation to performance analysis.

-    Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness.

-    Energetic, detail-oriented and able to adhere to deadlines.

-    Excellent communication, including good English for speaking and writing skills.

-    Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel.

-    Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours.

-    Advanced analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

-    HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience.
