Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customers' information and keep track of their interactions across multiple channels
  • Develop favorite custom channels (social networks, video...)
  • General maintenance to ensure successful functioning of call centre system
  • Maintain call centre system functions, such as call routing and logging, agent desktop interface, multi-channel communications and predictive dialing
  • Facilitates multi-channel communications, mobile access, collaboration features and other applications
  • Analyze data and performances of both system and agents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology or other related field
  • Knowledge of call center system and process development  
  • Experienced with related project or similar
  • Skills in supporting business development planning, documentation and implementation
  • Proficient understanding of bank products
