ATM Operation Assistant (01 position) Head Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia | Closing Date: 30 November 2018 

Job Description 

We are looking for an ATM Operation Assistant who will be in charge of assisting process improvement, guideline composition and policy development. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide both online and offline supports to all branches related to ATM operation such as cash loading, cash balance, and ATM service matters  
• Cooperate with relevant departments and vendors on ATM maintenance  
• Cooperate with other departments in monitoring the availability of services and transactions via ATM machines  
• Facilitate branches and relevant departments regarding to ATM physical securities and provide training supports to branch employees  
• Support, guide and assist the skill development of designated subordinated team

Qualifications

•  Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or other related fields
• At least a basic experience from banking and financial service industries, preferably in both frontline and supporting function  
• Good at play teamwork and fast learner  
• Good at communication skill both written and spoken  
• Able to manage multi-task and working pressure  
• Able to work at field in term of operation purposes
