Job Details

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist to develop and enhance the existing and new financial services-non creditproduct to ensure competitive advantage within the industry and meet the customer demands.
  • Assist senior Officer related to survey and desk research about the competitors’financial services-noncredit product follow the reserve methodologies.
  • Direct and indirect dealing with issues within and relevant departments to improve and renovate of LOLC’s products and services.
  • Assist and contribute creative ideas to ATM Management unit to design, develop and enhance the card product policies, forms and guidelines.
  • Review and authorize all the ATM card application form submitted by line staff prior complete the data entry in to the system for ATM card creation and embossing file generation.
  • Participate in the performed ATM card testing and do the configuration with technical team in to system ensure that all the setting are followed card product feature.
  • Coordinate with call center, technical team, vendor and other related department for solving customer complaints.
  • Provide good branch supports and training on ATM card operation product policy,procedure and system processing to ensure that operation work smoothly.
  • Produce ATM card report as daily, monthly, and yearly.
  • Assist other tasks assigned by ATM Management Unit Manager. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, Economics or related fields.
  • At least 2-year working experiences in financial services preferably in digitalproduct and services.
  • Good knowledge in digital service and product development.
  • Ability to work with pressure and responsibility.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS. Office).
  • Excellent spreadsheet analysis and communication skills.
  • Be honest, high commitment and good team work spirit
